Damaged Product
Notification: Notify Tapanclub.com of any damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email at ecommerce@tapangroup.in.
Required Information: Include the order number, an image of the invoice, one outer box image, and two clear images of the damaged product.
Procedure: In the case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
Resolution: We will replace the damaged product(s) promptly and work with you to find an amicable solution.
Response Time: Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Missing Product
Notification: Notify Tapanclub.com of any missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email at ecommerce@tapangroup.in.
Required Information: Include the order number, an image of the invoice, one outer box image, and two clear images of the opened box with all items received.
Procedure: We cannot accept refund requests, but we will promptly re-send the missing product.
Response Time: Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
Spoiled Product
Notification: Notify Tapanclub.com of any spoilage within 10 days from the delivery date via email at ecommerce@tapangroup.in.
Required Information: Include the order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or a video of the spoiled product.
Important Note: Returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma are not accepted, as our products are natural and handmade, resulting in unique batches. No compromise is made in our production process, which uses the best natural ingredients to retain maximum nutritional value.
Resolution: We will investigate the issue diligently and ensure a fair outcome. The product will be replaced after due investigation.
